This position will be located primarily in Lancaster at Weeks Medical Center, with travel to other affiliates as needed.We are seeking a motivated HR professional to support our growing HR functions who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Human Resources Operations Specialist tasks will evolve as they help define and develop HR operations alongside a diverse team of dedicated HR professionals. This position is the frontline support for employees, team members and leaders for HR related inquires, first line resolution and triage.In this essential position within the Human Resources department, you will contribute to a variety of administrative tasks and support multiple functions.This role emphasizes the importance of confidentiality, maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and assisting with human resources processes.The right candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities. If you enjoy working with people, creating structure, looking for new ways to improve processes and workflows, and excel in an environment where each day is not the same, this position is for you!Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Excellent customer service orientation for employee/customer interactions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills, rapid and accurate data entry and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to prioritize and properly execute multiple tasks and assignments
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering effective teamwork
  • Proficiency with HR software and benefit systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, and self-motivation.
  • Understanding of Confidentiality and ability to apply to all aspects of Human Resources
  • Ability to engage with and work in a team environment.
  • General knowledge of HR Benefits to be able to answer questions and resolve employee and leadership HR concerns.
  • Takes initiative to problem-solve and is able to resolve more complex problems as identified.
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Proficient with payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications
