Job Title: Human Resources Recruiter IV
Contract Length: 8/5/2024 – 11/1/2024 (potential extensions)
Location: 100% remote
Schedule: M-F, 8-5Qualifications: – Workday experience – Experience working with hiring managers/customers – Ability to balance 10-20 positions at once – Full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview prep, offer negotiation – Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical roles Responsibilities: – Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. – Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. – May require a bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. – Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. – Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. – Performs a variety of tasks. – May lead and direct the work of others. – A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. – Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
