POSITION OVERVIEW
At KIPP Chicago, primary schools include grades K-4th and middle schools include grades 5th – 8th. KIPP Chicago seeks English Learners Teachers (EL) who are Bilingual (Spanish) and licensed to provide English Learners with both direct instruction and additional resources and supports in the general program of instruction. This teacher will ensure that students keep pace with peers in the core academic content areas as well as develop proficiency in English in accordance with individual ACCESS goals. EL Teachers reports and is coached by the Director of EL Services.
