Independent Non-Executive Director – Finance, Business & Governance

Our existing Board brings significant experience across education, SEND and inclusion, theatre and creativity, project management and social enterprise.
We are now particularly interested in someone who can bring a different perspective to the table, with experience in one or more of:
Finance, budgeting and financial planning
Business or organisational growth
Social enterprise or CIC/charity leadership
Governance, risk and compliance
HR and employment
Commercial or earned-income development
Commissioning, contracts or public-sector investment
You don’t need to work in the arts – in fact, we’re particularly interested in hearing from people who don’t.
You also don’t need to have been a Director before. What matters is that you can understand the responsibilities involved, ask good questions, think strategically and be willing to constructively challenge as well as support the organisation’s leadership.
This role would require 1 1/2 hour monthly online meeting and 2 full days in person.
