Job Description

Infosys is seeking IQVIA Pharma Consultant. As IQVIA Pharma Consultant expert you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will create business requirement and process artifacts and assist with the overall deployment. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:

. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Basking Ridge, NJ or Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the USA.

. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

. At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.

. Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing area

. Have done BA and consulting engagements around Pharma CRM functions and is able to drive workshops, develop and present point of view and generate new business via RFP responses and Oral participation.

. Good command on IQVIA Pharma Commercial Products or Veeva CRM product.

Preferred Qualifications:

. Experience with project management

. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

. Planning and Co-ordination skills

. Good Communication and Analytical skills

. Ability to manage technology and performance testing.

. Familiarity with software development methodology such as Agile/Scrum

. Ability and willingness to learn new technologies.

. Understanding of medical affairs processes as relevant to sales and marketing

. Knowledge & Exposure to other areas of pharmaceutical business areas would be an added advantage.

. Nice to have experience on previous version of IQVIA products that were like Cegedim’s Nexus MI, ASG 360 from Polaris

. Nice to have good command on IQVIA Pharma Commercial Products like OCE (Orchestrated Customer Engagement, HCP Engage, Interactions Transparency Reporting).

. Must Have any of the below skill –

. Experience in Veeva configuration and customization (development)

. Experience in Salesforce/SFDC configuration and customization (development)

. Experience in Veeva Vault configuration

. Good to have –

. Knowledge of Pharma (Sales) domain

. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
