Scope of work: The Clinic Supervisor will provide technical support and competency based supportive supervision to partner(s) health staff which include both mobile and static team. In addition to this, the Clinic Supervisor will also manage the IRC capacity building team. S/ He will ensure that the partner(s) emergency health team is implemented in accordance with standard protocols, guidelines and best practices. S/ He plays a key role in direct technical oversight and capacity building of IRC and partner(s) health staff, monitoring and evaluation of project quality under the direct supervision of Project Manager.
