Junior Booking Agent

Who we are looking for:

• Someone who has a good knowledge of jazz history as well as a passion for the ever-changing genre of jazz music.

• A solid understanding and enthusiasm for jazz and live performance.

• Strong networking and communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain industry relationships.

• Confidence under pressure and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise.

• Knowledge of current and emerging music trends.

• Someone who has good initiative and can work independently

Desirable but not essential:

• A degree in Music Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1-2 years’ experience in the music industry – ideally within bookings, artist management, live events, or promotions.

• Practical experience negotiating contracts, liaising with artists, or managing event logistics.
