Job Summary
Job Description
Production Support
Support the day-to-day production and operational management of large-scale live shows and broadcast shows.
Assist with production and project planning from concept development through delivery.
Work closely with Producers, Creative Directors and Editorial teams to support realisation of the creative vision, ensuring the right resources, milestones and project management processes are adhered to.
Give input into technical quotations and operational costings across projects.
Resource & Logistics Management
Support the planning and management of resources including:
Production budget / cost tracker
Contract management
Technical and production suppliers
Project staff, Crew and freelancers
Broadcast infrastructure
Coordinate multi-site productions
Project Delivery
Assist with global logistics including freight, visas, travel, accommodation and venue requirements.
Lead on-site production teams across multiple territories.
Budget & Financial Management
Assist in developing and managing production budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Track costs and maintain accurate financial reporting across projects.
Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to achieve best value.
Team Leadership
Support the building of productions teams suited to each project.
Assist and coordinate with operational production teams, co-ordinators and freelancers.
Foster a collaborative and professional production environment.
Risk & Operational Management
Support the identification and mitigate operational risks for large-scale live productions.
Ensure robust contingency planning.
Support health & safety compliance plan for complex live events.
Job Requirements
Essential
Experience in live show/concert production.
Experience supporting the delivery of large-scale shows & live events.
Experience assisting with complex multi-platform productions (stage, TV, digital).
Willingness to support budget tracking and logistics coordination.
Ability to work as part of production teams in high-pressure live environments.
Technical knowledge within live stage events
Desirable
Experience in producing shows specifically for broadcast
Experience producing awards ceremonies or entertainment shows.
Strong knowledge of broadcast technical workflows
Experience of delivering televised or streamed events
Experience delivering productions for cruise ships or touring stage shows.
Developing network of technical suppliers and production crew.
Interest in international production.
