We assist Italian small medium enterprises and large industries in identifying and accessing regional, national, and EU funding opportunities.

Our expertise includes scouting opportunities, drafting project proposals, managing projects and supporting clients throughout the entire funding process. We focus on major European programs supporting research, innovation and sustainable development such as Horizon Europe, LIFE, Innovation Fund, RFCS.

Role Description
We are looking for a Junior project manager for our Brussels branch office, motivated to become a professional consultant in the field of EU-funded projects. The selected candidate will work together with Senior managers and will support the Office in the following activities:

• Monitoring all European funding opportunities relevant for our clients;
• Writing parts of project proposals in cooperation of Senior colleagues;
• Supporting the clients in project management, reporting, monitoring progresses by ensuring compliance with deadlines and timeline
• Preparing financial statements and payment requests.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Scientific/technical or Social Sciences
• Knowledge of major European funding programs for industry (e.g., Horizon Europe, LIFE Programme, Innovation Fund, RFCS, Digital Europe).
• At least 2 years of experience in writing and/or managing European funding projects.
• Proficiency in office automation tools (MS word, xls, ppt).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Italian language (written and spoken) – mandatory
• English language (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Training certificates or similar on EU funding.
• Good writing skills.
