Lead Physician
Bupa Health Centre Ipswich, IP1 3HD
Permanent, Part time
Working 3 days a week, covering both Ipswich and Norwich clinic sites

What is a typical day?
As the Lead physician, you will be required to:
Being part of a very experienced and strong multi-disciplinary team, you will be managing a team of GPs, overseeing their work and exploring matters that may need resolving.
Working closely with the Lead Physicians, Team Managers, Central Operations Manager and client you will also be looking after the development and growth of your team and the expansion of your centre’s services.
You will be joining a community of Lead Physicians within Bupa, where you will be expected to support each other and be involved in collaborative work especially when it comes to improvement of practices. You will also have the chance of working alongside other senior clinical team members with the potential to become involved in project work.
