Do you have performing arts teaching experience? Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Learning and Development Support Manager to lead the creation, and delivery of innovative training programmes and opportunities within PQA!

Job Description

The Learning and Development Support Manager will ensure a consistent high-quality experience for every student that joins PQA. This role will champion our unique way of learning through our student-led, project-based approach and will support the network with comprehensive innovative learning and development opportunities including the implementation, adoption and delivery of our unique Learning Framework.

This role will ensure that the quality of provision across our network is consistent through the design, creation and development of accessible training programmes, learning pathways, guidance and resources that are aligned and mapped through our learning framework.

Job Requirements

To champion our learning framework both within HQ and the wider Principal and teacher network providing progressive learning opportunities.

To create, develop, manage and deliver accessible training sessions for Principals, VP’s and Teachers online (LIVE), digitally (e-learning through a managed LMS training platform) or at face-to-face meetings and to evaluate their effectiveness.

To support and be the point of reference to Principals offering guidance through mentoring and coaching on best practice and how to deliver high quality performing arts tuition through creative planning.
