Are you a motivated law student or recent graduate who wants to have an impact on technology and security in the healthcare area? You’ll have the opportunity to research and analyze healthcare and privacy laws, draft contracts, create training documents, and help us with process improvements. You must be a current law student or graduate from an ABA Accredited Law School, have a demonstrated interest in technology (preferably with an undergraduate STEM degree), have a demonstrated interest in healthcare, be highly detail-oriented, and have a strong academic record. Responsibilities: • Researching complex legal issues and briefing the attorney on your findings and analysis • Cite checking • Creating form documents • Creating training documents and presentations • Providing input on creating and improving the Firm’s systems, processes, and procedures to best serve the Firm’s clients Qualifications: • At least a 2L at an accredited law school • Demonstrated interest in technology and healthcare. Undergraduate STEM degree preferred • Fast learner • Highly detail-oriented • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills • Strong writing and research skills • Strong academic background • Problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment • Self-starter who can be agile when faced with frequently changing needs • Positive attitude • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office family of products, Adobe Acrobat, and Lexis+ About Company: Details You’ll Want to Know: We offer an excellent benefits package to full-time employees, including health insurance (coverage for you is paid 100% by the firm), dental, vision, 401k with employer match, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, and a home office allowance.
