Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional looking to make a meaningful impact on families’ futures? Join our growing estate planning law firm as a Sales Representative. This position is primarily on-site in our Clear Lake City location.Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their estate planning needs.
• Conduct in-depth meetings with clients to discuss services and address their concerns.
• Take detailed meeting notes.
• Clearly explain legal solutions and guide clients through our comprehensive offerings.
• Provide accurate quotes for our services and transparently communicate pricing.
• Skillfully navigate the sales process, securing signed contracts to initiate services.
• Maintain a proactive approach to client retention through ongoing communication.
• Collaborate with the legal team for seamless client transitions.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the legal industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and deadline-oriented.
• Familiarity with estate planning concepts is a plus.
• Law firm experience is a plus.
