We have a diverse practice that goes beyond the conventional, fostering new ideas and approaches.We are currently seeking a Legal Secretary to work with our Corporate Practice Group.The Role:You will provide legal administrative support in a team-oriented environment including:

• Assisting attorneys and staff with general secretarial support
• Communicating with clients
• Upkeep of client records and filing

Skills Needed for Success:

• Confidence and ability to support multiple billing professionals
• Strong communication
• Time management
• Robust organizational ability

Required:

• Strong abilities with the MS Office Suite
• High-school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of legal secretarial experience

• Experience in Corporate law (strongly preferred)
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate (preferred)
• Overtime flexibility
