Description This person will support Urgent Care locations from Miami Lakes to Coral Springs. This position is responsible for providing direct nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse, physician and /or LIP for patients of all ages. Provides support as needed to physicians while ensuring the health, safety and comfort of all patients. Qualifications High School, Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED or equivalent training or experience required. Licenses & Certifications: Neonatal Resuscitation Program Licensed Practical Nurse Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Basic Life Support Pediatric Advanced Life Support Additional Qualifications: IV Certification obtained within 30 days of hire. Previous experience preferred in Ambulatory Surgery Center setting. Life Support Certificate (BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS) as per department standard.
