Facilitating Community Decision Making Facilitate Change Maker meetings – listening deeply to the needs of the community – to develop ideas and make decisions for their own creative On Your Doorstep programme; Support the Change Makers to lead, design and deliver a vibrant programme of arts and cultural activities by developing clear briefs and criteria for commissions, delivery plans and budgets for each project; Update on Change Maker groups development by preparing monthly Change Maker reports, facilitate annual Change Maker activity plan and represent the groups at appropriate partnership and governance meetings. Community Engagement Inclusively recruit a diverse group of people living or working within target On Your Doorstep areas to become part of a Change Maker to represent that community, and decide what cultural activities they want to see and experience; Develop and deliver a community outreach programme to raise awareness, promote opportunities and encourage people to get involved with the project; Identify and secure opportunities for local partnerships and collaboration in support of the Havering Changing project. Supporting Creative Programme Delivery Organising regular Go See activities for the Change Makers and people from the area to experience a wide variety of local and national cultural events to inspire new ideas; Work with artists, arts and creative organisations to connect them with communities to collaborate on projects; Administrate contracts and support agreements with artists and community groups to ensure efficient delivery of commissioned activities. Action Research & Evaluation Ensure that accurate stories, data and numbers are recorded to inform project plans, reports and monitoring / evaluation targets; Work with independent evaluation partner to organise and facilitate focus groups and one-to-one interviews in various settings to support the learning and evaluation of the project.
