Major Gifts Manager

We are looking for an established and experienced https://www.rsc.org.uk/support/ – Major Gifts Manager, based in London, to generate valuable income to ensure that the RSC continues to produce thrilling theatre, advance arts education and incubate skills and talent.

This is an active fundraising role that helps increase philanthropic support from individual supporters. You will manage a portfolio of around 100 prospects, with responsibility for engaging, connecting, building lasting relationships, and maximising opportunities to increase supporters giving five- and six-figure donations to the RSC.

The RSC’s Development department is split between Stratford-upon-Avon and London. This position will be based in London and will require regular travel to Stratford-upon-Avon. This role is a full time, permanent position based on working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be required to work in the office or on site for a minimum of 3 days per week. Due to the nature of our work, occasional weekend and evening work will be required and there may be some international travel.
