And we’re growing!The RoleOur Banking & Financial Services Consulting group is looking for a Manager Consulting to join our journey.We’re looking for Consulting Managers who can deliver within Cognizant’s Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Manager, Consulting (which is a Senior Manager level position) this means a client-facing engagement, managing escalations, and serving as a the owner of a workstream; maintaining expertise in your domain; meaningfully contributing to the sales process through a mix of RPI development, client presentations, financial modeling, pricing strategy, and flawless delivery; creating service offerings and/or client partner training materials; and contributing to People Care initiatives, recruiting, and mentoring.   • Working with clients to define and execute product roadmaps and implementation roadmaps
  • Working with clients on driving end to end transformation or launch of payment capabilities for core payment rails including (one or more of the below)
  • ACH
  • RTP – TCH/ FedNow
  • Zelle
  • SWIFT
  • FedWire
  • Effectively manage engagement deliverables, risks and issues
  • Develop & document policies for managing digital content for clients
  • Ability to apply deep subject knowledge in the internal banking policy-making environment
  • Familiarity with Intranet / internet technologies and the related policy environments
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to convey trends and data analysis in verbal and visual mediums
  • Polished business writing skills; Abily to articulate thoughts into words; Familiar with policy documentation

· Act as a trusted resource who understands client objectives, manages project, and leads team to deliver superior results· Identify and support areas to build practice capabilities and presence, support service line development and case studies through the gathering of industry best practices and self-knowledgeQualifications· Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience, with additional certifications preferred, but not mandatory

  • 10+ years of business analysis experience in experience in the banking / financial services industry with focus on payment card network

· Demonstrated experience problem solving and developing products from scratch.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise payment platform architecture , protocols (ISO 20022, NACHA, MX ), fraud management and security standards.
  • Strong understanding of payment clearing and settlement processes for gross and net settlements
  • Knowledge of cross border payment processing and associated AML checks, sanction screening , fraud management etc
  • Experience on one or more of the leading enterprise payment hubs or core payment products – Dovetail, GPP, Volante, TPH, ACI MTS, ACI Enterprise payment hub
  • It would be advantageous to have experience in managing large-scale payments payment transformation programs e.g.
  • Payment Platform modernization (Cloud migration, re-architecture or platform migration) supporting ACH, Wires or Real time payments
  • MT to MX conversion or ISO20022 adoption
  • Launching Zelle, FedNow or RTP-TCH for large banks
  • Knowledge of Automated AP and AR payment processing is good to have
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future trends and adapt network strategies accordingly.
