At Medi24, we strive to provide our patients with the best possible telemedical care. Our Medical Team Managers are responsible for managing a team of highly skilled medical doctors, working closely with colleagues in Telemedical and Customer Care teams, to provide high standards of medical care.
What you do
Management of a team of medical doctors, ensuring best practice is applied in everything the team does, both clinical and operational.
Develop and deliver on KPI targets to measure and enhance our customers experience with our medical teams
Identify opportunities to enhance our client experience and increase profitability
Continual monitoring and review of procedures, including system processes, and the introduction of necessary process enhancements.
Continuous improvement of medical processes, working closely with our Medical Director
Prioritise customer satisfaction and implement improvements to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
Managing the teams communications with client and customers
Work closely with our workforce management team to optimise schedules for your team and for our clients
Identify training and development requirements, both operational and clinical, and devise and implement strategies to address these needs.
Collaborate with other functions to contribute positively to the overall success of Medi24.
Foster a culture of innovation and excellence that improves AES (Allianz Engagement Survey) scores.
Be an ambassador for our values while creating a high-performance culture.
What you bring
Relevant medical background
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead people, get results through others and provide coaching/constructive feedback.
Possess a highly competent, entrepreneurial and forward thinking attitude. Has a passion for finding new ways to do routine tasks better.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
