The Manager of MN Physician Compensation supports the Director in managing the compensation review and reconciliation process across all medical groups, including those under HHP. This position maintains and assists in making recommendations related to physician compensation plans. The Manager provides leadership and proficiency on physician compensation matters. This role is responsible for the planning, development and execution of specific pay practices to ensure fair market value, legal compliance with company policies, state and federal regulations.
Will supervise the processing of all payroll-related functions for physicians in the medical groups affiliated with the Cedars-Sinai Medical Care Foundation. Will manage and mentor staff in the data analysis and implementation of physician compensation and physician payroll.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
Five (5) years of Healthcare Finance and physician compensation required.
