Position Overview:

In collaboration with the Director of HR, develops and implements innovative recruiting strategies, plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver business results. Acts as consultative talent partner to Physician Leadership to facilitate the achievement of the business goals. Identifies, develops, and implements sourcing plans and a variety of recruiting resources and strategies to provide needed talent for physician needs in the organization. Builds strong partnerships with all levels of management to provide a proactive approach to Physician Recruitment and helps achieve strategic talent objectives. Manages full life cycle recruitment for Physician positions throughout the organization.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or related field preferred.

Five years physician recruiting experience.

Strong project management and problem solving skills; change management experience is also highly desirable. Knowledge and experience with assessing talent for technical and culture fit.

Technical proficiency in MS Office, specifically with Excel and Power Point and HRIS and ATS systems.

Ability to manage internal client relationships and expectations; consulting, negotiating, and selling skills in order to act as a strategic advisor. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manages and oversees projects through to execution focused on continuous improvement in support of larger Physician Recruitment strategies including but not limited to development and enhancement of recruitment programs, processes, and policies; works with the Director to ensure alignment of projects with the broader HR and Organization wide goals.
  • Leads by example by consistently following standard physician recruitment processes, including a high level of data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Acts as first point of escalation for physician recruitment team and Hiring Manager feedback, concerns, challenges, and support.
  • Responsible for recurring weekly and monthly department reporting.
  • Leads full life cycle recruiting efforts for physician recruitment, including sourcing and talent attraction efforts.
  • Develops, builds and maintains candidate relationships through ongoing communications, promoting interest in positions and the organization, to yield qualified candidates and pools for assigned positions and minimal turnaround times to fill vacancies.
  • Recruits diverse pool of candidates using a variety of sources including job boards, referrals, social media, networks, resume databases, external agencies, for current and future positions.
  • Partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders on recruiting best practices, interviewing techniques, candidate selection, compensation considerations, employee onboarding, etc. Also, partners with HR Business Partner, Hiring Manager and HR Coordinator to schedule and orchestrate candidate interviews, offers and pre-hire contingencies.
  • Advises hiring managers on both external and internal candidates and closely communicate with all candidates throughout the recruitment process to include next steps, disposition, and selection as appropriate.
  • Works with physician compensation and physician leadership to draft, extend, negotiate, and close offers; advising Compensation, and Hiring Leaders of candidate expectations.
  • Engages with local community and develop educational, charitable and business partnerships with relevant organizations.
  • Attends and coordinates job fairs and college events and assists on strategic development of selecting programs aligned with current and future talent needs.
  • Manages and maintains compliant and accurate records in Applicant Tracking System and provide reports and analytics as needed.
