Our more than 20,000 loyal members are enjoying more than 130 private campgrounds across the USA. Both our world-class resort operations & sales departments growth keep our marketing department working to keep up. With that we are now hiring as we look to close out the greater camping season.As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll attend events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a brand ambassador for Travel Resorts of America. In this marketing-based role, you’ll engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about camping.How You’ll Star in this Career Role:Greet and serve!Encourage people to participate in our newest promotions.Provide maps, information, and prizes related to said events.Pre-Screen guests to see if they would be qualified to tour our Resort.Make sure the guests have the best guest experience at our Marketing booth.Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.What You’ll Bring:Customer service experience.Ability to stand for hours at a time indoors and outdoorsMust maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests and staff.Must be people oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed.Must be able to easily and frequently change from one activity to another.Able to handle the stress of high customer demand in a hospitality environment.Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysSales or marketing experience (preferred)How You’ll Be Rewarded:Travel Resorts benefits include:Note: Temporary, PT and/or seasonal associates are ineligible for Paid Time Off.Travel ReimbursementTravel perksAlong with competitive base pay and or bonus opportunities.Here at TRA we are always looking ahead to what’s next and how we can strengthen our business, its neighboring communities, and the customer experience.
