With a third site on the horizon, and other magnificent plans in the making, we are currently looking for a sensational Marketing Manager to join our artistic uprising! About Us
Splash Art Republic is a small, fast-growing, family-run arts company with big energy. We initially opened Splash Art Republic in Nottingham in December 2024 and having experienced immediate success, we opened a second venue located in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter in September 2025. With high aspirations for the company, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can help us shape the future of our business, build our customer base, drive sales and help us to expand further in 2026 and beyond.

Job Requirements
We’re Looking For:
A highly motivated marketeer who is both an active strategist and doer. Culture and fit are important to us so you must have an interest in the arts and leisure sectors and be a passionate pioneer for our growing brand. You’ll deliver creative, smart campaigns, to lift our profile, grow our audiences, and increase income across our venues and experiences. We are a highly collaborative, fast-paced and ideas driven team, so you’ll need to be energetic, fun and confident to work independently and collectively.
You’ll Likely Have:
- A degree in a related subject and or 3-6+ years’ experience in a results-focused marketing role
- Experience driving demand for a physical, location-based, or experience-led business (e.g. hospitality, leisure, visitor attractions, arts venues etc.)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion
- Confidence working closely with founders and taking ownership
- Comfort operating in a growing business where systems are being built
