Snape Maltings Trading Limited is the trading arm of Britten Pears Arts, providing essential income that allows us to fulfil our charitable purpose. BPA is a pioneering music, arts and heritage charity based on the Suffolk coast at two popular, historic visitor destinations: Snape Maltings and The Red House. Our founders’ vision, that music should be useful and enhance lives, inspires all our activities: our work with local and marginalised communities through to our national leadership roles in the fields of talent development and music for health and wellbeing.

Our commercial offer extends across retail, hospitality, and holiday accommodation at Snape Maltings, and the purpose of this role will be increasing revenues in these key areas through a range of tactical and strategic initiatives.
