• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
• At least five years of experience in marketing and long-range planning and healthcare experience.

Hours and compensation potential:

• Position is full time.
• The range is between $62K-$80K plus full benefits and relocation/sign on bonus.

What you’ll be doing:

• The Marketing/Public Relations Director will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for the organization.
• Will help to create and promote the corporate identity and mission to customers, the public, and employees through the creation and distribution of brochures, news releases, and other documents.
• Directs and implements the organization’s advertising and promotional activities.
• Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
• Identifies new market segments that will benefit from company products.
• Through public-facing communication, develops and maintains a positive public image for the organization
• Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
• Composes, reviews, and/or distributes press releases and other public-facing communication.
• Maintains knowledge on emerging products and services.
• Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
• Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department’s operating budget.
• Oversees and produces, from concept to completion, a broad array of digital and/or print promotional and communication materials for the organization.
• Plans, prepares, and distributes original promotional content such as articles, news and press releases, email, blog and social media posts, and other updates on behalf of the organization.
