Description We are seeking a Media Planner based in Denver, Colorado. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and will be integral to our team’s efforts in creating and implementing strategic media plans across various platforms. You will be working in a dynamic environment, handling tasks related to digital programmatic, social media, streaming radio, paid search, online video, TV, print, out-of-home (OOH), experiential, and traditional radio.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences

• Develop comprehensive media plans that align with marketing goals

• Identify the most effective mix of media channels to achieve campaign objectives

• Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns

• Manage and analyze paid search campaigns to maximize ROI

• Utilize data analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions

• Develop social media strategies that drive engagement and conversion

• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms

• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly

• Plan and buy media space on streaming radio platforms

• Develop and implement strategies for online video advertising

• Plan and execute traditional media campaigns, including TV, print, and out-of-home advertising

• Coordinate with media vendors and negotiate rates

• Collaborate with the experiential marketing team to integrate media strategies into live events and activations

• Develop media plans that enhance experiential campaigns and drive audience engagement

• Plan and buy traditional radio spots

• Analyze listenership data and optimize radio schedules for maximum impact

• Utilize third-party research providers to inform media planning and buying decisions

• Interpret and apply research data to optimize media strategies and ensure they are data-driven

• Stay updated with the latest industry research and insights to continually improve media planning processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Comscore, Database, and DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP)

• Experience with Facebook Insights and creating effective Advertisements

• Demonstrated skills in enhancing Brand Awareness

• Proven track record in Campaign Planning, both traditional and digital

• In-depth knowledge of Digital Media Planning and Media Planning

• Familiarity with PPC – Pay Per Click and PPC Campaigns

• Experience in Programmatic Buying

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong decision-making skills and ability to meet deadlines

• Proven experience in a similar role within the media industry

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. Innovation starts with people.®
