Job Details Description This is a unique and exciting position for a
medical assistant who wants to make change. The Park Street team is
looking for an outgoing, team-oriented individual to join their team of
professionals. The Park Street location offers behavioral health and
medical services, and believes in supporting a person’s care in as
comprehensive of approach as possible. Job Functions: The ability to use
an electronic medical record for chart review and telehealth
appointments, develop supportive relationships with clients’, interact
with clients in order to assess needs, obtain vital signs, complete PAs,
coordination of medical and psychiatric care with clients’ support
network ( e.g. family members, other service providers), active
collaboration with other agencies to coordinate client treatment,
liaison with local pharmacies to fill prescriptions for clients’
medications, and prepare lab requests and obtain results. The Medical
Assistant is an integral part of the client’s service team and within
the Park Street team. We are excited to continue to grow and look
