Description We are in search of a Medical Customer Service Rep to join our team located in Santa Rosa, California. The role involves providing support to customers in a medical setting, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. As a Medical Customer Service Rep, you will handle a range of tasks, from processing applications to maintaining customer records and resolving inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Process medical service applications with accuracy, ensuring all customer details are updated in the system

• Maintain up-to-date customer records, updating any changes in customer information as needed

• Monitor customer accounts to identify any issues or discrepancies and take appropriate action

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained

• Assist in the resolution of any customer issues or complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

• Ensure all customer interactions are in compliance with industry regulations and standards

• Provide support to other team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and efficient workplace

• Continually update knowledge on industry developments to ensure current and accurate information is provided to customers. Requirements • The role requires a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the medical field.

• Applicants must possess skills in caretaking, childcare, and companion care.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• A basic understanding of medical terminology is preferred.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Must have a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.

• Experience with healthcare management systems would be considered an asset.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in a second language is a plus but not a requirement.
