Family Medicine – Out-Patient Primary Care

Montefiore Health System’s network of primary care practices, known as Montefiore Medical Group (MMG) is actively seeking FULL TIME primary care physicians.

In this role, the primary care physician will:

• Perform patient histories and physical examinations. Evaluate findings and provide appropriate patient care
• Provide quality clinical diagnostic skills in the delivery of patient care. Emphasize early detection of ailments, prevention, and all- around wellness
• Provide relationship-centered care, collaborating with our Integrated Behavioral Health team
• Participate in the Quality Assurance Program
• Communicate effectively with the clinical team
• Participate in medical staff educational programs and meetings

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Ability to obtain/maintain unrestricted State license and unrestricted DEA certificate
• Experience in Preventive Medicine is a plus
