The Team manages the relations between the Association and the companies and organisations that form its membership. It fulfils administrative and governance responsibilities, promotes services among existing members and strives to build lasting relationships of cooperation and support. We engage members to help them achieve their goals through their work with Hydrogen Europe.
Main responsibilities:
Supporting the work of the Membership Team;
Assisting the members of Hydrogen Europe with their inquiries in emails and calls;
Administrative tasks related to internal procedures
Data management and reporting related to membership;
Assistance with the organisation of webinars to promote services among members
Supporting the communication and visual work required for membership;
Ad hoc support for the Operations Team and the wider organisation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) Degree in Management, Business Administration, EU affairs, communication, marketing or related (3rd year or above);
Strong interest in membership, administrative procedures, and membership associations;
Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office package;
Experience with CRM systems, Canva and Adobe is a plus;
An excellent command of spoken and written English, additional languages are a plus;
Ability to analyse information and summarise it concisely;
Ability to read and interpret basic financial statements;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
Ability to communicate with tact, diplomacy, discretion;
Strong time management and organisational skills and an eye for detail;
High level of curiosity and willingness to learn about the hydrogen sector
