Mentor- CCI & Family Intervention

Dhara Sansthan is a nonprofit organization working in Rajasthan and Gujarat for the last three decades. Dhara intervenes in many sectors but the core areas are Water, Health, Education, and Livelihood. Dhara is committed to working with underprivileged societies and working for their upliftment. Dhara Sansthan is registered under the society act in the year 1989. It is working mostly in Eastern & Western Rajasthan (Jaipur, Jodhpur, Barmer, Jalore, and Jaisalmer District). Currently, we have several projects operational and our paid staff strength is 50+.
We are also implementing multiple CSR projects.

Programme Manager will be the point person for the project and will lead the implementation of the project for program quality and achievement, provide administrative and managerial support. The Program Manager will coordinate with the respective stakeholders as per need and within Dhara Sansthan. She/ He will be responsible for monitoring and supervision for the project related activities and provide to report to the operations head for program flow.

Key Roles:
· Provide leadership to project‘s implementation activities in closely working with project’s principal recipient
· Engage with key stakeholders at various levels
· Represent Dhara Sansthan in any key district/City level meetings/Trainings
· Provide strategy to field level staff and ensure they achieve targets
· Report on field level activities and achievement on a periodic basis as and when required by Dhara Sansthan and the PR
· Facilitate programs on various levels

Key Deliverables:
• Creating and implementing program plans and schedules
• Managing workforce and resource allocation
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges
• Communicating and collaborating with program stakeholders
• Assessing a program’s pros and cons
• Coordinating with vendors related to the program
• Supervising project managers and monitoring progress
• Ensure quality in data collection and analysis process for conducting baseline, end line or midterm review
• Documentation of the project, including generating case studies, process documentation, and documenting good practices from the field
• Timely compilation, analysis and submission of MIS report
• Any other need-based work as specified by the organization
