Roles & Responsibilities:
SNKE seeks a Mission Integration Strategist to be the primary technical interface between MITRE and the defense community for the design, development, and operational deployment of advanced non-kinetic capabilities. This role will architect end‑to‑end data flows, define system‑of‑systems architectures, and lead the operational integration of those systems within the defense enterprise. The incumbent will drive the technical vision and ensure alignment with mission requirements while translating those needs into secure, scalable data architectures that span sensors, analytics, and command‑and‑control layers, guaranteeing seamless interoperability across the entire enterprise.
Leveraging MITRE’s deep expertise in systems‑of‑systems engineering, the role will bring together disparate government and commercial capabilities into a unified, federated architecture that addresses non-kinetic mission needs. The incumbent will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the defense enterprise, the intelligence community, and industry partners to prototype, validate, and iterate solutions that deliver actionable insights at speed and scale. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and cross‑agency collaboration, the role will shape MITRE’s contributions to national defense.
Key to success will be the ability to operate at the nexus of mission understanding, data, and advanced AI and analytic capabilities, while coordinating analytic integration across all non-kinetic efforts. The incumbent will work in close collaboration with government partners, ensuring that all MITRE non-kinetic initiatives align toward a common end state and that the collective investment in technology, data, and analytics delivers measurable strategic impact across the defense enterprise.
