Monitoring & Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer will provide technical support to the implementation of the STRengthening Infectious Disease DEtection Systems (STRIDES) activity in Cambodia. S/He will be responsible for developing and updating the STRIDES performance monitoring plan, developing data collection tools and systems, tracking implementation progress and gaps and advising the team on priority actions for achieving results. She/he will provide technical guidance around the issues, challenges, and strategies for improving access to quality affecting the project and contribute knowledge products through the creation and management of reports, technical materials, and conflict-sensitive solutions. Working closely with project and Headquarter (HQ) teams, she/he will support projects by evaluating programmatic effectiveness, overseeing technical aspects, and providing technical assessment reports.She/he will contribute to business development efforts, including supporting the management of opportunity identification, capture, proposal development, and strategic partnering.
