Sing Education is searching for inspirational musicians who can ignite a passion for music in young minds. If you hold a degree in music or a related field such as musical theatre or music education and are enthusiastic about bringing the transformative power of music to children we want to hear from you.

Person Specification:
Qualifications
- University graduate with a degree in music or a related field
- QTS is desirable but not essential
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong vocal skills with the confidence to lead lessons and assemblies
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Capability to conduct whole-class music lessons
- Basic keyboard proficiency for classroom use
- Understanding of the National Curriculum for music
- Proficient with ICT and able to use online systems such as G Suite
Experience
- Experience in classroom teaching or one-on-one instruction
- Previous work with children or young people in a teaching or leadership role
Personal Attributes
- Passionate about inspiring a love for music
- Strong classroom management and disciplinary skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both Sing Education and schools
- Maintains appropriate confidentiality
- Possesses a sense of humour; can generate enthusiasm for music
- Highly organised; excellent communication skills
