Are you passionate about nature conservation and want to be part of making a real difference on
the ground? We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic professional, with practical habitat
management experience, to help create bigger, better, and more joined-up space for nature.

This new role will support the protection and enhancement of a highly designated landscape,
which includes The Wash & North Norfolk Marine Protected Area (MPA) network and the Norfolk
Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

Working in a small, but skilled and hardworking team, you will be responsible for the
day-to-day delivery of local and landscape-scale nature recovery initiatives, which support
habitat and ecosystem conservation, restoration and enhancement around The Wash and Norfolk
coast. You will work with a diverse range of stakeholders to co-develop a Local Nature Recovery
Plan and Strategy for the region, and you will seek to inspire active engagement with nature
recovery amongst our communities.

We offer flexible working patterns and locations, with the opportunity to be based at offices

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £30,151 – £32,020 (dependent on experience), with a
pension scheme and additional rewards and benefits. This role is a fixed-term, full-time
position (37 hours per week), offered for two years.

The post-holder must hold a full driving licence and be confident and comfortable traveling to
locations in both Norfolk and Lincolnshire, as required.
