In this role, you will lead new venture tracks from exploration to acceleration and scale-up, working closely with product, data, and go-to-market experts to turn ideas into tangible business lines. You will play a key role in shaping Telenet’s innovation portfolio, working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, validate concepts, and embed successful ventures into the business.
Your tasks as a New Business Innovation Manager
Lead venture tracks from exploration to acceleration and scale-up, ensuring clear milestones and delivery;
Identify trends and growth opportunities for Telenet, assessing their strategic and commercial potential;
Design Proof of Concept (POC) and trials to validate both technological and business viability;
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute new business strategy in B2B & B2C;
Mobilize and coordinate cross-functional teams of technical, IT, and commercial experts at the right time;
Act as an ambassador for innovation, representing Telenet internally and externally.
Our ideal New Business Innovation Manager
Holds a Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Engineering, Innovation) or equivalent experience;
Has minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, strategy function, or business development track;
Acts as an intrapreneur, building relationships across and beyond the organization to make innovation happen;
Has experience running or contributing to business development tracks in a dynamic environment;
Strong storytelling and presentation skills, able to deliver messages with impact.
