  • University degree in engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum seven years of combined experience in aircraft / aircraft control systems management and logistics of aerospace systems in a sizeable civilian or military organisation.
  • Experience and familiarity with aspects of requirements capture, and specification of Uncrewed Aerial Vehicles (UAV) systems.
  • Experience leading complex multi-disciplined projects in a large multi-national contract environment with leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team and with commercial contractors while exercising personal authority in the field of activity.
  • Previous experience in managing engineering projects and having exercised responsibility in life cycle management as well as aircraft control systems in-service support in a military environment at senior officer level or civil service equivalent.
  • Thorough knowledge in aircraft control systems engineering with in depth background in aerospace logistics procedures/requirements, with emphasis on system engineering.
  • Minimum five years of aircraft control systems experience in military or civilian aircraft programmes, aircraft systems and/or associated equipment, on single-engine aircraft types, preferably UAV.
  • Good knowledge of aircraft maintenance and supply practices and procedures at senior staff or management level in a sizeable civilian or military organisation

POST DETAILS

  • Basic monthly salary: EUR 9,365.21, tax free.
  • This post will become vacant as of 01 July 2025.
  • Post to be filled subject to final approval.

Qualified redundant NATO civilian candidates of the same grade will be considered in priority.

Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date. The Talent Acquisition and Development Office shall let you know in due course the outcome of the screening process.
