Northern State University seeks qualified applicants for: Online Adjunct Instructor in Education—English as a New Language

QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants should have an earned doctorate from an accredited university in with a specialization in English as a new lanugage. The ideal candidate will have P-12 teaching experience in education, particularly working with English learners. The candidate should be able to teach in the areas of curriculum and instruction, language acquisition, content literacy for English learners.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach online section(s) of ENL classes within the BSEd in Elementary Education, BSEd in Secondary Education, and MSEd in Secondary Education. The position reports to the Teacher Education Department Chair in the Millicent Atkins School of Education at Northern State University, Aberdeen, SD.
