MDV is expanding its team and seeking dedicated professionals, consultants, and researchers to contribute to a growing portfolio of potential projects in Palestine, on humanitarian, development, social cohesion, stabilization, and peacebuilding. We are looking for researchers, humanitarians, humanitarian workers, and consultants of all experience levels—Junior, Mid-level, and Senior—who are interested in collaborating with UN Agencies, International NGOs (INGOs), donors, and partner organizations worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity to engage in meaningful work that drives global change.

We are also specifically seeking Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) consultants, researchers, and organizational development specialists to support ongoing projects across various regions. If you have humanitarian experience, expertise in peace and security, social cohesion, stabilization, peacebuilding, or diverse sectoral expertise including health, livelihoods, vocational training, and civil society, we invite you to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare technical documents for project implementation activities.
• Conduct peer reviews and consultations with stakeholders.
• Lead literature and scientific reviews.
• Design and deliver capacity-building and training sessions.
• Provide technical guidance for research, implementation, and project scale-up.
• Develop and manage organizational assessments, capacity development strategies, and change management initiatives.
• Collect data and contribute to research and M&E activities at the field level.
• Work with vulnerable communities, grassroots organizations, and civil society groups.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of capacity development efforts.
• Build and sustain MDV’s community of associates and consultants.

What We Offer:

• Junior Consultants: $100-75/day
• Mid-Level Consultants: $200-$300/day
• Senior Experts: Starting from $450/day
