SAIC is seeking an entry to mid-level analyst to join our Strategic Foresight and Analytic Gaming team, which designs, develops, and executes analytic games, tabletop exercises, and workshops to explore emerging national security issues. The team’s work help members of the IC and DoD test real-world and hypothetical scenarios, consider the effectiveness of policies and strategies, and proactively identify risks and opportunities for the U.S. and its allies. The team also conducts outreach events, expert elicitations, and analytic conferences, bringing together members of the DoD, IC, state and local government, academia, and commercial industry to address key topics such as cyber security and defense of critical infrastructure.
A solid background in international relations, military operations, economics, political science, and/or foresight methodologies are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong writing ability and analytic skills, and will be interested in performing research to support the development of background materials, scenarios, and analytic reports.
