Location: Ottawa, Canada (Hybrid Mode*)

You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Public Policy Administration or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in French and English (reading, writing and speaking).
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in program management coordination and in leading the operational activities, administrative support, organizational coordination, and support to a unit or group in the delivery of program objectives.
  • Recent experience in project leadership and management including tracking progress and demonstrating outcomes. analyzing, monitoring, and reporting financial performance indicators and budgeting.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Operational processes relevant to program monitoring, evaluation, and the development of learning plans.
  • An in-depth understanding of corporate strategies, monitoring frameworks, as well as specific program-level thematic.

You are interested in:

  • Ensuring an integrated approach to program management by leading, coordinating, reporting and tracking operational activities.
  • Supporting the execution of the Program Division’s implementation plan and associated strategic tools and roadmaps, toward achieving the Centre’s strategy and achievement of annual or other specific strategic and corporate priorities.
  • Operationalizing the program’s results monitoring framework in the Centre’s system including tools and workflows to capture data from project reports and other sources.
  • Supervising one or more employees to achieve the operational requirements of the Program Division.
