About the job

Main responsibilities:

Develop and execute the strategy to position Sanofi’s Pharma agenda within the public agenda.

Ensure the implementation of launch strategies for new molecules in coordination with the business unit.

Develop strategies to address current challenges in the public healthcare landscape, including access to medicines.

Continuously coordinate the planning, execution, and implementation of strategies defined with the Market Access team.

Actively participate in the design of the strategy defined by Corporate Affairs to support Pharma objectives.

Strengthen stakeholder mapping strategies to leverage Sanofi’s key initiatives with NGOs, civil society organizations, government and legislative stakeholders, patient advocacy groups (PAGs), and industry chambers and associations.

Coordinate donation strategies and other contributions to support civil society initiatives and PAG activities.

Generate a coordinated agenda to promote awareness campaigns.

Prepare strategic presentations and documentation.

Responsible for managing and executing the public affairs budget for Pharma, in collaboration with the Finance team.

Collaborate with relevant information and strategic planning for cross-functional projects with other business units and the LATAM region.

Participate in the organization of events with PAGs, NGOs, and business units alongside the Public Affairs team.

Support the definition and follow-up of Public Affairs strategies.

Collaborate with the team on processes related to internal Public Affairs policies.

About you

Languages: Advanced English.

Experience: Strong knowledge of the healthcare sector, with the ability to align and prioritize strategic topics for Pharma, and a proven capacity to engage effectively with government stakeholders in Mexico.
