KTI Talent Indicator is seeking a proactive and dynamic candidate to spearhead Sales Prospecting and Business Development, driving market share and profitability within the Packaging sector.Location: Remote – USASector: PackagingJob Description:As a Packaging Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering profitable growth, and nurturing key client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Prospecting: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through various channels, analyzing market needs and identifying potential leads to drive growth and profitability.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective project management and support.
  • Business Development: Collaborate across internal functions to develop and implement account and territory plans, leveraging your industry expertise to drive sales growth and optimize customer interactions.
  • Sales Administration: Manage all administrative aspects of the sales process, including quoting, forecasting, and budgeting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency through CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the packaging industry, preferably within thermoforming, with a solid understanding of market dynamics and pricing strategies.
  • Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in securing new customers and expanding market share within existing accounts, with a strong ability to implement value-based selling strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop and nurture corporate-level relationships, gaining support across various departments including purchasing, sales & marketing, and manufacturing.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to identify profit levers and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities.
