Job Description Summary:
The associate in this position will be responsible for snow removal, maintenance of the garages and parking equipment and early morning traffic direction.
Responsibilities And Duties:
Driving is an essential function of the job.
1. 30%
Garage and Lot Maintenance, this associate will be responsible for street sweeping, removing trash, repainting lines for parking areas and other jobs as needed. 2.
30%
Parking Equipment Maintenance, this associate will be responsible for repairing any parking equipment that may go down e. g. ticket spitters, auto cashiers, barrier gates, etc. . 3.
10%
: Snow Removal, this associate will be responsible for removing snow and spreading salt in all of the parking garages, it will also be this associate s responsibility to call in additional help when needed. Seasonal 4. 5%
: Shuttle Preparation, this associate will be responsible for preparing shuttles for operation e. g. checking tires, warming vehicles, etc. . 5. 5%
: Customer Service, this associate will work with the call center and Protective Services in an effort to assist the patrons exiting our parking facilities and resolve any difficulties that may encounter using the auto cashiers. . 6.
20%
Traffic Direction, this associate will be responsible for early morning traffic direction in the shuttle lots as well as going into shuttle rotation as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School or GED (Required)DL – Driver’s License – Department of Motor Vehicles
