Parkview Health is seeking board-certified Neurologist for consulting Neurohospitalist services to join a multidisciplinary Neurosciences team including Neurocritical Care, Neurosurgery and Neuro-Interventional Radiology

Specifics of the Role of a Neurohospitalist

• Acute neurology patient consulting – only service
• Emergency Department stroke assessments with guidance for thrombolytic therapy
• Virtual neurology consultations at affiliated outlying hospitals
• Electroencephalogram interpretation
• Flexible and light overnight call schedule
• Inpatient and Outpatient opportunities available
• Expertise in stroke and EEG interpretation are an asset
• Separate NeuroICU service covered by neurointensivists
