Participation Manager

Connecting people with crafts is a critical part of our charitable mission at New Brewery Arts. We are looking somebody to programme, oversee and manage our courses, workshops and classes.

Our courses and workshops inspire people to come together and make, and to learn a new skill, brush up on a long-lost skill or develop a current interest. You’ll bring your understanding of a wide variety of craft practices and event management experience together to produce programmes that excite audiences and are commercially successful.

You’ll be part of the Senior Management Team and lead a team of staff and freelance tutors. Responsibilities include safeguarding lead, health and safety for activities and studios and financial planning and monitoring.

The role is part-time (3 days a week one of which must be a Tuesday)
