People Partner (Maternity Cover)

Based at our stunning headquarters in Battersea, you will play a key role in enabling our people and managers to do their best work in an inclusive and supportive environment.

What you’ll bring
You will be an experienced HR professional, ideally CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified or with equivalent experience, with a strong background in employee relations, learning and coaching. You will be comfortable working with managers at all levels and will bring a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach to your work.

You will have a sound knowledge of UK employment law. You will be confident managing a varied and fast-paced workload and will demonstrate sound judgement and a practical mindset. Above all, you will have a genuine passion for fostering inclusion and building a positive workplace culture.
