Description of Primary Duties
Will teach various courses within the Department of English, including first year composition and professional and technical writing at beginning and advanced levels (including graduate courses). Responsibilities will include holding office hours, critiquing student’s work, returning assignments in a timely manner, and submitting mid-term and final grades before the due date/time.
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
Per Course Faculty should possess a master’s degree or the equivalent professional experience in a field determined acceptable by the Dean.
Additional Qualifications
Previous teaching experience preferred. Professional experience or an educational background in the field to enhance the teaching of the course.
