Jigsaw Performing Arts provides drama, dance and singing classes for children and young people aged 3 to 18. Our schools are welcoming, creative and inclusive spaces where children can build confidence, develop new skills, make friends and have fun.
We are looking to recruit a School Manager to oversee the smooth running of our weekend performing arts classes in South West London.
Working closely with the School Owner, you will lead a team of performing arts teachers, support children and families, and help create a positive, engaging environment where everyone feels welcome.
The role combines practical, hands-on management during weekend sessions with a small amount of administration during the week.
We’re looking for someone who wants to become invested in their school, build relationships with families and staff, and play an active role in its continued development and growth.
This role would particularly suit someone from a performing arts background who enjoys working with people, has strong organisational skills and is looking for a consistent, rewarding role within the creative industry.
Our schools operate for 33 weekends per year, with additional opportunities to work on holiday camps during the summer and half-term breaks.
The work on offer will be either Saturdays or Sundays, or both! Particularly looking for someone who is interested in Sunday work.
