What you can expect

In this role, you handle direct consumer and professional interactions via live chat, phone, email, web forms, and social media. You communicate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals, manage inquiries and complaints, and deliver accurate product advice. What you’ll do

• Contact via live chat, phone, E-mails,webforms or Social Media 1:1);
• Communication with Pharmacists and Health Care professionals;
• Management of consumer requestsrelating to Information andcomplaints;
• Providing excellent solutions, and service;
• Providing product advice in a professional, precise and timely manner.

What you’ll need

• Native language skills in German;
• English knowledge at least B2 (written, spoken and reading);
• Experience of at least 1 year working in a pharmacy in Germany, as either PTA;
• Familiarity with language and terms used in the pharmaceutical sector;
• Good IT skills – required competence and speed in the use of tools to report interactions;
• Excellent communication skills, empathy & high focus on customer satisfaction;
• Availability to work on shifts.
